Symphony of the Mountains - Free Concert "A Magical Journey"

Charlottesville Municipal Band - Free Concert 

Tuesday, July 30, 7:30 pm

Paramount Theater, Bristol, TN

The Charlottesville Municipal Band, the soundtrack of our community since 1922, is excited to return to the Downtown Mall and The Paramount Theater for three programs during their 97th Summer Concert Series. Admission is FREE!

Before each concert from 7:00PM – 7:25PM there will be a musical instrument petting zoo for children where they can explore the instruments of the band at the foot of the stage.

Here are some quick music events to attend this month!

Johnson City Symphony Orchestra - Symphony in the Stacks

JUNE 26, 2019, 2:30 & 6 PM - Free Event

JOHNSON CITY LIBRARY

In conjunction with the Public Library and Johnson City's 150th Anniversary, there will be a JCSO quartet featuring Helen Bryenton, violin; Abigail Boone, violin; Cameron Rehberg, viola; Cherylonda Fitzgerald, cello, along with Peter Ryan on the library's Steinway piano. This event will showcase the incredible talent of symphony members and provide accessible live classical music to the community. Each musician will play a short selection to demonstrate their instrument and leave time for questions and answers. There will be two performances, one at 2:30 pm for children and one at 6 pm which will be geared more for adults. There will be instruments available for children to touch.
